ABOUT ME
🧘🏻♀️CYT-500, 🌲PDC, 🏯MArch
I teach yoga for people who work with the earth.
As a lifelong gardener, teacher, and yogi, my work sits at the intersection of mindful movement, land-based wisdom, and everyday life.
With over 500 hours of training in yoga and somatic practices, a Permaculture Design Teaching Certificate, and a Master’s degree in Architecture, I bring a deeply practical understanding of how bodies move, adapt, and heal; both in the garden and beyond it.
I understand gardeners’ bodies and inner landscapes. My teaching supports the physical demands of gardening and the quieter, spiritual practice of listening, presence, and belonging to the land.
My teaching is grounded and practical. Rooted in somatics, permaculture, and real-life experience, every practice supports how you actually move and live.
I connect movement to meaning. Through earth-based wisdom and mythic storytelling, I help you feel more at home in your body and in the natural world.
